Returns policy
Our pouches are produced to an approved custom specification. This affects when an order can be returned or cancelled.
Custom orders
Because custom goods cannot normally be resold, we do not accept change-of-mind returns after production has started.
Faults or errors
If an order is damaged, defective or does not match the approved specification, contact us promptly with the order number, details and clear photographs.
Inspection
Please inspect the delivery before using the pouches. We may ask for samples or arrange collection before confirming a replacement, credit or refund.
Resolution
Where we confirm a fault for which we are responsible, we will agree an appropriate remedy, which may be replacement, rework, credit or refund.
