Quotations are based on the information supplied and remain subject to confirmation. Prices, quantities, specifications, taxes and delivery charges will be stated in the accepted quotation or order confirmation.

You are responsible for checking artwork, text, dimensions and regulatory information. Production begins only after written approval, and later changes may affect cost and timing.

Reasonable manufacturing tolerances may apply to colour, dimensions and quantities. Any agreed tolerances will form part of the approved specification.

Payment is due as stated in the quotation or invoice. Any finance arrangement is provided separately by an independent third-party financier under its own terms.

Lead times are estimates until confirmed with the order. Risk passes on delivery, and delays outside our reasonable control do not make us liable for indirect loss.

You confirm that you have the right to use all artwork, branding and content supplied to us. You remain responsible for claims arising from materials you provide.

Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
